The recent tac missile change.

My opinion is short and to the point.

I think the tac missile specs should be copied to UEF blueprints and not to Seraphim. The Seraphim tac is the one that is so overpowered, so by copying it to "even it up vs UEF" now we just have two overpowered tacs instead of one. Both UEF and Sera need to share the weaker spec'd tac missiles.

Wait, what? What changed? UEF ACU tml got upgraded to Sera specs?

Don't think so... I changed the Seraphim's to be identical to the UEF's in a mod I'm part of the team for, along with some changes to the outer ring damage of all nukes to make them make some form of sense, but to my knowledge nothing regarding the ACU TMLs has been done recently.

I hesitate to put a pull request in for this change as it's a balance change not a bugfix, but if you guys can get strong enough support for Seraphim -> UEF equals, I shall do so.
