Warned player

I have an idea to give a chance to the player banned.
The player can join but a warning is displayed and the reasons.

As its host may decided to accept Warned players or not.

Well I'm not talking about all unbanned players, but only minimal fault.

The players with a serious fault will not be able to host/join the party.

I don't think naming the thing that got the player banned is needed,
if it is necessary to "rate" the form of abuse by extremity, perhaps some kind of number or colour indication would be better?
such as, 1 or yellow for minor infractions. 3 or red for multiple offenders etc.

I really don't think this is a good idea.
It's a rating mechanic by the community, and this will lead to people making stupid shit up about people they don't like.
The benefits of such a system are outweighed by how much it can be abused.
