Anti Nuke Launcher got no Pause

I noticed the anti nuke launcher's pause button is not working. This seems new to me. Is this intended?

I noticed that too. But somehow I have a vague idea that it was there in the past.

Only use I see for it is to pause missle building when you build it very early, just before a T3 pgen gets done.

I have just checked in the Steam version. There you cannot pause either. So apparently you never could... Maybe this is something that should be fixed?

easy fix i believe
input RULEUCC_Pause = true under the CommandCaps of each smd in their blueprints. Still very new to modding so i'm going to test if this works.

Before I submit this change to PilOt on the repository, I'd like you guys to brainstorm ideas for why it is unable to pause in the first place, because it's clearly deliberate. If we can't think of a reason for it, I'll submit the changes.

If it was deliberate I think the reason would be obvious. Building an Anti nuke costs quite a lost of ress. Not being able to pause the construction, even though you can pause EVERYTHING ELSE, makes just no sense.

Maybe it's a continuous process which you can't really pause, like aluminium production. 8-)

Well, I don't really think it's deliberate, probably just an oversight, BUT, it does make the "make a launcher but not the nuke" more viable, since the other guy, when he builds a SMD, HAS to make the actual missile.

Also you can't just make a SMD and pause it to have a lot of empty "fake" SMD's in hopes that noone will nuke you then, and I guess it prevents people from doing that.

Personally I don't really care, but those are just my views on it.

That's completely false, hence that argument is void. You can STOP the build process and also stop building anti nukes altogether. You cannot PAUSE it.

And even if it worked like that it'd make no sense, because you can also build fake nuke launchers with no missiles in it.
