New Button: Build Template for Factories [SOLVED]

Postby rxnnxs » 16 Mar 2014, 22:11

While I am finding the problem why I can not make a build template shortcut for Factories that works, I think about if it is possible to make an icon like there is already one for the build template.
Please correct me if there is somewhere an icon, but i doubt so.

so here it is in a graphical way of explanation:

this functionality for structures

could be at this old menu

in this way:

with new button

The hover text would make sure that this is the build template for factories.

What do you think? Usable?

By the way, is the shortcut for factory build templates working for you?

I don't quite understand. Do you mean templates for unit queues?

It works via shortcut key. But there is no button.
And for me the shortcut is not working anymore.
Is yours working?

There is a button, but it is kinda hidden. In the first image you had posted, you can see where it is; selecting the group button will show the create template button. Moving that button right to the front though will help a lot.
