SCU should reclaim when on patrol order [solved]

Last time I tested (about a year ago with UEF and Aeon SCU) they did not reclaim when on patrol and I have not seen any balance change log that mentions this.
Was pretty sure the Harbinger had been changed to reclaim on patrol in some of the recent patches but could actually not find that note now.
If it is technically possible and not too much work to implement the reasoning for it is rather obvious and it would promote more use of the SCU.

The Harbinger was changed to reclaim on patrol in the 3626 patch.
Also sorry in advance if this has already been discussed or if it has been implemented without a note (I have not played in a while but plan to start playing again).

Apologize for being lazy. Just tested with UEF SCU and it does reclaim on patrol. I assume the other races do too (but will check). Shame on me.

SAKO_X´s point regarding the engineering drone seems to be correct though. It does not reclaim on patrol. The shoulder drone can not patrol.

I have seen the drones reclaim on patrol before its the only way to get them to do a mass reclaim because you can't attack move with them

Yeah I tested again too and no the engineering drone do not reclaim when on patrol.

I have now tested all races SCU:s (excluding Nomads) and they all reclaim when on patrol.
