UEF T1 Bomber - Clearly for carpet bombing, but never gets DPS on target. Spread out the damage. Instead of 300 in 4, make it 150 in 8 (Or something)

Put Czar beam on a toggle and give it an energy consumption

Re-position Czar target bones

Improve beam weapon behaviour (In progress)

Put my Mavor changes in

Give sparky an inefficient, but there, TMD system

Make antinuke not collide with friendlies

Tone down Aurora twitchiness WITHOUT NERFING IT

Reduce reclaim value by 10%

Give SAMs built in overkill control code

Cut T3 Subhunter AA efficiency

Implement anti-tele towers

Refine mobile shield placement in formations

Cybran air factory rolloff time fix

Remove double bombing (Clearly not intended)

Improve jamming

Reduce ASF hp 5-10%

Emphasize factory part of the mobile factories

give tempest wicked torps/def

t1 pd and walls bug fixed
