Build templates rotation

hi there everyone, first i have to say that i love the game but i suck compared to other players. anyway nevermind that, i wanted to ask if there is a way to enable rotation on build templates and if it is possible to implement the feature on the blackops mod and other mods if possible.

to other players, please forward any ideas on how we can improve this great game.
