And we try to fix the problem "Lag-out window covers exit game option" here.
We know the workaround [ALT]+[F4], but we are still interested in fixing the problem.
So please; could you help us to fix the programmcode for this window?

I think you've done great translating the issue I raised into an exact location in the coding. As I have had zero time working on your source code, and don't know how your framework is set to handle layering order, I don't think I can help further, but surely this thread will lead to an easy fix to someone with that knowledge.
