Ankle Deep Water and Lofi Water

Ok so working on a few maps I noticed that water at the same level as the ground resulted in ankle deep water, which was a cool effect in certain scenarios and glaringly hints at the players that they need to be concerned with Naval.

As for this map it was land, but the issue i'm having is that the land i smoothed up 0.2 above to make dirty below the trees, and rocks is having a very lofi-response where the application of the terrain is smooth.

You can see the rigid right angles showing in the image above. Additionally the tearing is changing as the player zooms in and out.

Don't know if this could be easily resolved in a dev pass, but I would love to see ankle deep water usable without breaking everyone's eyeballs.
