please revert the Salem surf-n-turf toggle.

Another solution could be to keep it off by default and in case a given moveorder is on land toggle it on till next move order is in water again.

That could work, although I still think it must be on by default. For example, I often find myself assisting the other pond on setons, and set waypoints for facs spamming salems onto the clutch and over. This is no longer possible and it turns into a tooth-enamel-destroying babysit.

A suitable compromise is to have a setting on the fac itself, in which case it can default to off.

The reason why it off by default is because in normal naval fight vs equal opponent, most of the time you just want Salem as a normal destroyer and not an amphibious crap that always stuck somewhere.

Adding a toggle to factory is a nice idea, I'll try to make it for the next patch.
