If you are criticizing that I think you might be misinterpreting what I said. This doesn't mean that a change gets put into base FAF regardless of feedback. However, if the feedback is ultimately nonexistent or mainly positive, it's only rational for the change to get implemented. Why is it rational to implement something if feedback is nonexistent? Because that's the only pathway left for it to gather feedback if the proper pathways to implementation have already been followed.
Then, once some feedback can be gathered, if a change is still controversial it can be left up to Game or Balance Councillor to make the decision, depending on whose area it falls in. Since this is a cosmetic change, it is a Game Councillor matter.
