Prevent ICE from tabbing me out of game

Currently ICE opens and tabs me out of the lobby automatically. It's a small thing but a bit annoying. Maybe it could open first? Not entirely clear why there needs to be a separate window for it anyway.

Unfortunately, we can not open it first. If you tab out of the game before you are in lobby the game will get stuck in a grey screen and never recover.
There are plans to remove the window altogether, but it is not in the high prio list.

Edit: The best solution is probably to have the lobby run in windowed mode. I think this does not affect the game running fullscreen itself (but I might be wrong).

Use windowed mode.

Solves a lot of crashes too.

Use windowed mode and then use tatsu's fullscreen script. Problem solved
