Promote "tactics/strategy help" from a subforum to a forum

There is a subforum for getting help with strategy questions. It is a subforum of the "Help" forum which is part of the Help/Support group of forums.

I suggest that we move this subforum to be a full forum in its own right, and that it would be listed with the other "normal" forums, not as a help/support forum.

I think there is a lot of interest in discussing these questions, and I think people are missing out on the discussion because they don't even know this subforum exists. It looks like there is less than 1 new thread every month. But I know players have many questions about tactics and strategy.

It deserves at least as much prominence as the "Galactic War" forum. Probably it should even be listed above the modding and mapping forums, because it may be of wider interest to people. (Not that it is of more value to FAF! Just that more people would be interested in it)

The main downside to this is that with a more prominent forum, more people will come in with strategy questions, some of them will be really dumb questions, and it will make the forum less useful. And more people will try to answer questions that they really are not qualified to answer, because many of those people do not presently know that this subforum even exists.
But that is a small price to pay.

We could also try to contain this damage by having a few pinned threads, e.g. a thread just for Astro Crater Battles strategy discussion, one for Gap, one for Thermo, one for Isis, and one for Seton's. Those threads may or may not end up containing good advice about how to play those maps, but the point is to avoid three new threads being created every day by people who want to discuss some impractical idea for how to play Seton's. Or even create subforums for seton's, gap, etc. or any other subject that is likely to generate too many bad threads.
