Nuke move location

So I"ve seen this consistently fail:

Nuke placement, nuke location moved via shift key. Nuke hits 1st location:

Cancel the first one with ctr shift right click (if i remember correctly) and place a new one.

Yes this is a workaround but can this feature be updated to reflect all other location moves while the nuke is not yet launched?

Nope. Once the proj is created in the launcher, the target is set, that's how it works. If you want to pull this trick, 1: hold fire, 2: aim, 3: unhold fire.

Sadly this little trick does not work with nuke subs. They will launch nukes even if they're on hold fire. The workaround there is to give the nuke sub an attack order and then queue the nuke order. When you want to launch the nuke, you remove the attack order and the nuke launches.

It is my opinion that this is a feature that could easily be updated to provide a better experience. Just update the move marker to work while the nuke is not launched. This will avoid the newer players the hassle of losing games over silly nuke placement or accidentally canceled nuke builds. The marker moves making it look like the new location is targeted, then it hits the old location. Obviously someone was worried about nukes being re targeted mid-air, but they did not go the extra step to set the condition correctly.

or add button to cancel attack, the buried hotkey is never going to be commonly known.
