I have to agree with

u have no idea how annoying it is to get a
ll rhe noobs in your team
just because u have decent rating.
And normally those ppl who call u a stacker when u insist on having
one decent player in your team are the worst stackers.
This are the players who are medicore and dont get any better
over years.
So dont complain about balance.
No take thechallenge u might learn sth and get better.

Oh man how i hate those never ending balance discussions.

So you're arguing that unbalanced games are better?

I think some people here need to expand there repertoire of maps to more than just setons clutch.

If you want to become better you need to play against better opponents. Thats why i don't understand the ballance discussions in all games. Ok yes noob bashing isn't fun, but look at me. I'm rusty on setons but i love it to play vs the best setons players, they can always show you how noobish you are :)

I'm talking to Dili.

But , you voodoo, you decided you had enough patience and time to tutor players. That's great. I don't just want to do that in game over and over and over. That's all. Again, from to time it's OK. When it's each game, it gets frustrating and annoying

Then lets get rid of the rating system if balance discussions are such an issue for you all.

FYI I don't think they're a big issue the problem comes when people stop balancing and start moaning. The main culprits I find are the better players wanting to have their dream team around them and being told actually, the other people in the game aren't interested in a bash.

I'm sorry V but your argument that others should rise to the challenge is bullshit as you leave the lobby as soon as its even close to not being stacked in your favor.

I agree people should play players better than them and we all do it, but the fact is way back when I avoided your lobby because it was just a pointless bash every game, I know you like that right??

I play a range of games now, sometimes with noobs and I try to help them learn others with better players later on the day/evening. diversity is the key, I can accept being bashed if it is my choice to take on a challenge, but that is not the issue here.

Smurfing is for those that want to deceive, in the beginning of FAF it wasn't really a problem a few people with a second account to chill was fine, and people accepted that hell I even had one back in the GPG days as you know.

The problem was that it got out of control on FAF, I think Zep has already resolved this and I no longer see any problem now.

As for balance, im for random all the way makes the game more exciting not knowing what position you will be and who you will play, ive always really enjoyed it.

one thing to tag on to this discussion is a ranked and non ranked game option when you host a lobby, i think that would help rather than having to mess with the settings, just a suggestion what you guys think?

global rating is not a ladder, it shows your currently estimated skill level

if it's important for you to only let game count which you think you can win (what will lead in overrating you i guess) you can turn the ranking easily out by setting the gamespeed to adjustable
