Add map tags to vault

Let's add tags to maps in the vault. This way it would be easy to filter to find what you are (not)looking for.

For example,
-Voodoo
-Adaptive
-Survival
-Crazyrush
-AI
-CG
-FFA
-Ranked

Currently finding stuff from the vault is a pain since you don't have enough options to limit maps that show up. This would make it a lot easier.

And if you're thinking of how the new proposed "Featured maps" would play with this, it would be really easy since it would just be a tag among others. Perhaps you'd want it on by default but a tag nonetheless.
