Assist T3Mex to build massfabs and T2 massfabs on mex hotkey

Hi,
since there is assist mex to build mass storages around mex, maybe make it for massfabs too. (not sure if i would use it though)
And since powerstorage is on pgen hotkey now, maybe put t2 massfabs (and not t3 massfab!) on mex hotkey. I know that everyone has massfab templates already, but sometimes you want to make some massfabs adjacent to your facs, for example setons air slot, or just fill some spaces.

You can use a mod if you want the e-storage on the pgen key.

You really should build T1 pgens around T3 arty, not T3 pgens.

it depends of situation, but in general i would optimize my firerate per static arty (and so build T3 pgen) even if there is the drawback of having less space to put shields, and pgen explose on death (though the damage of the explosion have been reduce lately, since their hp have been reduce)
