this change also broke phantom-X and nomads.

I fixed nomads a while ago, a new version has to be deployed though... would have been nice to notify me that the patch is rolled out today (and then deploy nomads as well as it was arranged).

I also made a PR to fix phantom.

This change broke it? Id like to know how when its just extra collors for factions theme else its still defaulting to neutral/uef theme.
