Engies Creating Hold Fire PDs etc

Putting factories on hold fire will build units that come out of the factory on hold fire. This is nice for proxy bases and such. No idea if it is possible but if engies or acus could build things on hold fire, like pds, arty, exps and harms, that could also be quite a nice option for some good cheesing.
