Factory convenience

This is my wishlist to make factory behaviour more convenient. My modding knowledge of the game is limited, but I would be willing to try implement (some) them (sim side).

1. Make factories soft stop when giving or removing assist commands

2. Make assisting factories auto upgrade to support factories of the appropriate tech level (after completing the current item)

3. Make a game option to always soft stop factories before tech upgrades

4. Allow non repeat items in a factory that is on repeat, possibly with a key like ctrl or alt

4a. Add a game option to always change all items already in a factory queue to non repeat (as in 5) when queuing a tech upgrade in a factory on repeat

Not strictly factory related:

5: Add things next in line to any queue by holding a key (e.g. alt).
