Change "What's New" to dark theme to match the client

Currently the white theme of the "What's new" tab conflicts with everything else in the client. Changing the theme to dark grey or something similar would keep it in line with the rest of the client.

As a side effect it would also make it more comfortable to read.

Hi Joonas.

Halfway January I've got some free time and I'm going to spend it on somethig for GW. I'm also going to spend a "small" amount to the websites (minor style/user-experience changes to the official one, and most likely restyle the clan website entirely, including the UI). If you've got more opinions: do let them be known so I can keep them in mind.

I don't really use the website for anything than randomly checking some clans once in a blue moon plus I'm on an old 5x4 srceen so I'm not sure my opinions are that valid for it.

News shows in the client so that's how it caught my attention.

The only thing I can quickly note is that dark background is easier to the eyes than pure white and you might want the subsections visible somehow to advertise them, otherwise, not much.
