Remove the PING from CPU

Last thread got down and i dont want to necro it, i think creating another is more right.

I dont want to see people screaming at somebody with 450 "kick 450 ping its very high" just cause someone has put the PING near the CPU word and people think that CPU makes network lag, meanwhile it doesnt ever affects ping (if you have pentium 1, sad for you)
