outdated maps

since I am making the ultimate series right now I am uploading lots of maps. Unfortunately it is not possible to make 100% sure that they are bug free and also most of them are put online as soon as adaptive spawn and custom options work. That also means that a lot of features are still implemented later (i.e. the "map is imba"-warning script for wonder or adjustable reclaim/civilians, crazyrush script,...). On the other hand, there are quite a lot of ppl hosting the old versions of the maps.

Suggestion: show a dialog when you host a map that has a newer version available and allow to update to the new version from there (same as if you want to join to some game where you dont have the map).
