Stop !streams and !casts ping

Make it so that !streams and !casts does not ping you if you are currently ingame.

It didn't use to do this as it was italics like the /me stuff, but then someone nice normal not at all obsessed crazy changed the italic shit to ping people for some reason

Is that possible? I was under the impression that it pings you when your name pops up under any context.

I have noticed that pings from TheSetoner don't give me an audio ping although they do make my FAF client light up in the taskbar, baybe there is soemthing they can do about QAI to make it more like that.
