Assist Mex with Engineer to surround

Heya all. This is a feature I believe had some discussion a while back. Crotalus has kindly put this together: https://github.com/FAForever/fa/pull/1277

So the code is ready. I'd like a polite discussion over this implementation. Do we want it, is it good, any improvements/suggestions?

A summary of what it does for those who CBA to click the link

Assist mex with engineer(s) to order them build mass storages, needs to be turned on in options.

- Checks if mex is already capped
- If mex currently is upgrading, at least one of the selected engineers need to be already assisting the mex for it to trigger (i.e. need to click twice). This to prevent unwanted build order when you only want to assist upgrade
- Won't trigger on non-upgrading T1 mex
- All above behavior is in UI so people can mod it to their liking.

How about you select 10 engies and 20 mexes and hit "go" and it upgrades them all, assists them, and builds mex storages.

nah i already started use template hotkey, that is why you can see that i eco sometimes

What if the mex is damaged and you assist it? Will it first repair, after that build mass storages, just repair it, or start building mass storages without repairing? Also isnt it better to make it only happen when double clicking assist?

why not make a mod to remove all "comfort" features such as templates, way points, ferry, and loop-queuing.

Meanwhile you might want to pedal-power your computer, wall sockets are for noobs ^^
