Link IRC accounts to players

Recently certain asshole has been creating irc accounts (at least 3) so that he can harass me without getting banned, and there is no repercussion. IRC accounts make it too easy to evade ban

It's planned.
The other option is clunky - a whitelist.
I don't think anyone wants to implement that.

i like idea cause then i may use IRC when i am not at home, without need to register every time (since i don't use it often, it always gets deleted)
