So I was sitting smoking weed, when suddenly I realised that we need an option in the game lobby as a host to put a message that would display on join, for example a classic "If you want to observe, please leave and watch live replay in the replay tab instead, it has a 5 min delay so you will have to wait a bit." , or an extremely necessary "Styr, one fu%^*ing word and you are kicked." etc.

Adressing the discussion there, I meant some sort of pop-up in game after you join, displaying the text that host can put there, if no text is set (default) then no pop-up appears. Thought of putting it in lobby chat but with all the connection messages would just get lost, and it needs to be impossible to miss, so new players will see it too (again, the dont observe, go watch live rep message).

Game lobby, you join a game and a tab pops up displaying hosts message, no message = no pop-up.
