It can be quite difficult at times to know which tournaments have taken place unless you frequent the forums on a regular basis. I think it would be a nice touch if a history tab of some sort was implemented into the client so every player can easily see this info if the are interested. I quickly mocked up, using my phenomenal paint skills, a suggestion of what gimmicks such a tab/tabs could have. I think this would be a very concise way of storing the information if it is possible (especially if there are links to that spectacular summary speed2 created for the recent 2v2 tourney).

1) Everything is possible

The limiting factor is people to code stuff, but I'm around and available to help people get started doing FAF dev. In fact, we've got a whole channel to ourselves dedicated to helping people get started. Anyone can join and everyone is welcome, just pm any mod to get added.

Yeah, realise time is the limiting factor. Was going to offer to stuck in myself but i don't have the foggiest how to do it and as much as i'd like to i really don't have the time to even look at learning right now (saw your development thing and was going to look at it some point in the future, awesome idea

appreciate the effort ). If enough people like the idea i might give it a go myself at some point in the future unless someone else likes it enough to pick it up and run with it. And, I'm not up to date with any the new client developments that may obsolete the idea.

If you're interested in taking FAF client dev in a new direction now is a great time to be joining.

I understand it might look a bit daunting getting started with development, but its honestly much easier than it looks. FAF dev school was started so that anybody can learn how to give a hand, especially if you've only got small amounts of time here and there. Every little helps
