New personal Shield Mesh

Made a new personal shield mesh that stands out better then previous textures. Should be clear to see and stand out easy from the unit its covering. http://youtu.be/CrDp1Q3n984

Figured if i could get enough support this could be used in FAF.

Also Nomads isn't played (and worked on) enough ! I'm gonna go host a nomads right now!

I still deeply believe Nomads should be finished and made stock as the fifth race on FAF (yes that includes ladder, obviously)
