How to add unit descriptions

Hi, I have been working on a simple unit addition/re-balance mod for me and my friends, but I have been unable to add unit descriptions. Was trying via lua>ui>help>unitdescriptions as suggested by a wiki article, but I've been unable to discover the correct format. For a modified aeon heavy tank named "ual02020" I tried adding
['ual02020'] = "<LOC Unit_Description_0446>" Heavy tank. Equipped with a single cannon.", at the bottom of the screen under patch units. This had no effect, where am I going wrong?
