UI lagfix

Hello!

Need some testing over how much disk IO is affecting UI / game lag for people.

If someone is bored they can download UI lagfix v2 from vault, The fix is enabled as default, you disable/enable it by pressing ctrl-shift + backspace. A notification should be shown then.

Try a sandbox with ONLY this mod active and try for instance:

* Build a factory which produce engineer on repeat
* Click (select) the ACU or factory repeately in a fast manner.

Questions:
* Do you experience any lag with lagfix on and/or off? Try with different select click speed.
* Are you using SSD or not?

I can feel a very noticeable lag when lagfix not in use and using a non-SSD disk.

(If you play a game with the mod all players will adhere to the on / off command so you more easily can see if it affects the game or not)

Hi Crotalus-

I looked for "UI lagfix v2" in the vault but only found "UI lagfix v1," is v2 uploaded yet or is v1 what I should be using? I wanted to try it because I've been experienced some mod lag over the past week or so, which after initial testing I think is due to EcoManager v3.
