First, I'd like to say that I'm not really sure why you need to ban someone or put them on probation outside of the game. The interface is there in game to do it when/if it becomes necessary.

That being said, you can manually edit the game.prefs file to add or remove entries from the lobby manager lists. The problem there is you'll need a player's UID number in order to add them manually. I don't know of any way to manually retrieve a UID from the FAF lobby.

Because some people already have lists in a text file, that they might want to use.

Mod not working since last patch. My other mods installed thru the mod vault are working. Any change to make it into a mod installable thru the mod vault?

From what I've seen, the lobby can only be modified via an SCD file. Sim and UI mods aren't loaded until after game launches. If someone knows how to work around that limitation, I'm all ears.

What problem(s) are you having with the current mod? Please post your game.log (or the relevant error messages from the log), so I can attempt to locate the problem.

Your mod is not in the FAF whitelist.

Mods that alter lobby (or game files) can break stuff very easily, but it seems that yours is safe. I will add it to the whitelist.

A way to manually put in a UID to be banned would be appreciated, since the person you want to ban doenst always come back in after a game right away and will wait several months more before doing so

Say you format your PC or play on another PC; does it remember the stuff you put in Lobby Manager?

The "stuff" in the lobby manager is stored in your FA preferences file (game.prefs). If you copy that file to your new/different PC, it will include all of your notes/bans.

Do you happen to know if sharing the game.prefs file in a Dropbox folder would work? I live in two places with a desktop each

I haven't used Dropbox, so I'm not sure of the particulars. The game.prefs file is stored in
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\. If there's a way to sync that file up to the Dropbox cloud on both PCs, then I don't see why it wouldn't work. Keep in mind that any changes you make on PC1 would show up on PC2. If ANY of your game options are different (i.e. screen resolution), you could run into problems.
