CO-OP/campaign mod for acu upgrade persistance

Hi.
Are there any mods that lets you keep the acu upgrades as you take on missions in the campaign?
Like if you get the gun upgrade in the first cybran mission, it would still be on your com next mission?

No there is nothing transferred between mission, and why would you need that?
