I suspect that AI ACUs take their base building instructions from a file somewhere.

Would it not be possible to give SCUs access to that file and maybe give them an auto-build button to tell them to get building?

Then we could do I regular builds with the ACU and when we get to the point that we have SCUs we can delegate out some base building to them.

If i'm not mistaken GPG wanted SCUs to work this way in a first place.
