Auto-reclaim for idle engieneers (ui mod).

After playing a few games with this I have a couple of suggestions:
- only t1 engies should be sent on auto attack move by default
- add possibility to bind a key to disable the mod

it's a sim mod that allows you to draw a rectangle and do certain things inside of it (eg individual reclaim orders on all wrecks/rocks inside)

it's in the vault but you have to edit 2 values (that were changed in faf some time back) to get it to work

you cannot use it in ladder and global games with it won't be rated since it is a sim mod

any particular reason not to include it into ranked/global as a feature?
