Quite simple, adds strategic missile building/launching ability to defense satellite unit (novax). Allowing it to sneak over enemy base and nuke it where it isnt covered by SMD. Cost of nuke is like usual and it is same damage nuke as one launched from strategic missile launcher, has same buildpower as one too. However it cannot be assisted in building a nuke because its, well, in orbit and no engineer etc can reach it. It has same laser deathray thing as normal novax does and other intel stats and can have 1 nuke at a time.
