i tested your mod but i can't find any errors.
I can build and stop building like normal. Teted with T1, T2 and T3 vet.
Also no errors inside the error log.

Only thing, i had to remove the dependency for mod "9e8ea941-c306-4751-b367-f00000000005" (Black Ops Global Icon Support v5)
because i tested it with our FAF game version, and FAF has its own build in icon support.
