Missing Mod dependencies any idea?

Global Commanders does anyone know what im missing cause i cant seem to figure it out the commanders look cool so i want to use it if i can

This mod is not compatible to the FAF game version.

The missing dependency is the "Black Ops Global Icon Support mod" UID "9e8ea941-c306-4751-b367-f00000000005"

But even if you remove the dependency (FAF has its own Icon Support) you can't use the mod in FAF.
Many functions and tables don't match the actual game state.
