Can something be programmatically reclaimed?

The gist is that I want to add vampired mass/energy to the already existing reclaim amounts, so that it can show up under the reclaimed mass/energy UI.

All I've been able to find in the Lua source are reclaim or economy getters. No Setters.

Can something be "reclaimed" programmatically, or the eco reclaim tracking be programmatically added to?
