Missing Mod dependencies

Yellow!

I'm trying to run Exotic_Retards "[e] please" mod, but the mod manager shows it as having a missing depedency. I have no idea what it needs or how to troubleshoot.

Please help!

Please download the mod "Common Mod Tools" and try again.
