Tool for APM measurement?

Does anyone know if there is a tool that already exists for calculating APM from replays?

This one was slightly upgraded by me to include chat colors and it also can use the replay ID directly

replay parser will not include APM from selecting units, and selecting 10 factories and making 5 units in each with 1 shift-click will result in 50 APM, same as draggin a long wall.
There are programs you can install and they will mesure your APM. problem with APM is what you should count as action and what you should not.
