Music mods

Was testing the vanilla and TA soundtrack mods a little while back and noticed that you have to put sound files in your game install to get them to work.

Since we allow sound files to be hooked from mod folders in FAF i updated those two mods so people can use them more easily.
I also made a mod for the Supcom2 soundtrack and uploaded it to the vault. (with the help of JJ, Rackover and some other nice people on discord)

took another look at how it works in game after uploading and noticed a few bugs
gotta figure out how to make the sound cues work with XACT and fix issues with looping

will upload v2 of the SC2 music mod once i have done so

cues should actually do stuff (music changes between building and battle) and different songs should be played
