Hi Coms,

Here a mod wich allows ACUs to make upgrades to access other factions tech,
This mod add T1 Land Factory of the researched fation.
The mod is in the vault

Actually i'm not sure how it should cost, so feedbacks are verry welcome to make a good balance of E/M/Time to access other faction's tech

You could've just put this in the Com clantopic you know
