Adding custom units to AI

Hello reader,

im kinda new to SupCom modding and I want to help another Mod.
They created some units and they work ingame, we players can build them, but the AI wont.
The units themself move, attack and everything, so they basically work perfectly.
But the AI just wont utilize them.


I allready checked the game resources and I think I need to rewrite / make some Platoons, but im not entirely shure.
And I played some mods with custom units and the AI attacked me with them. I dont have the files anymore, back
then I wasnt a modder.

I plan to create a small AI with a custom name.

So, if you have the knowledge to code an AI, please help me / or give me some tips to do so.
I think this is the only forum left that someone could maybe help me.

welcome to FA-Forever!

If you want the AI to use your units, you don't need to make a new AI or rewrite platoons.
Since sorian has implemented a easy way to use modded units.

So this only works, if you have the Sorian AI installed. (Implemented in FA-Forever)
