Adjust lobby for 16+ player games

I know it sounds sick but i belive its possible. You made lobby capable to hold up to 16 players now.

Probably make chat smaller, remove useless window under CPU check and elese. Or add a elevation bar for player list.

The game is simply not optimized for so many players, especially in terms of networking.

16 is possible to play if nobody is downloading porn and CPU 350+, and no t1 engy oceans.
