Hotbuild's Mod Complication

Hello Everyone,
I can't seem to found a single tutorial which thoroughly explains how to use hotbuild mod.Few days ago i found it on a website, But there was a serious problem.I can't use it, I think its my mistake because i don't know how to configure it.The biggest problem is that i have to press b every time in order to go into build mode , but in some tutorials i have seen that people use it without going into build mode like in this tutorial:

I have also tired to go to the two links in the description which i have double checked that they give me 404 not found error.
So please help me.I think it may be done by someone giving me his gameperf file with the hotkeys already integrated in it.
