Mod request

As i´ve been digging with mods lately I dusted up black ops and saw a great feature in there that should be in the main game.
I´m talking about the stealth field effect, is lovely to know when your units are stealthed.
Can anyone tell me which file is the one that makes this possible as I want to make use of it for me. Even better if the authors want to release as a separated mod in order to allow everyone to use it:))
