Anyone bored enough to take mod requests???

Hey,

I know this isn't most people's cup of tea but.... is it possible to mod the game so that the commander's icon can be changed to a hello kitty icon and the mass points can be changed to heart icons that are either pink or teal/turquoise/aqua blue-ish colours?
It's just I'm new and i have a lot of trouble finding the commander icon when i'm playing and I'm use to having a hello kitty commander icon... also i think the green is really ugly. Ahahah >.<
Also i dont' know how to ping yet but if anyone can turn the ping into a floating heart... or really anything into a heart that would be amaze balls but i know that's stretching it.

You could very simply find and edit the textures held on your computer. This would have the effect your looking for while allowing the game to work unmodded. Now while some would scoff at this idea, it should be 100% functional so long as you dont change the textures format, size or name. Best part of all is that this would involve only your copy of FA and thus other players wouldnt see what your seeing. (Bonus) being that this only involves a few simple texture changes, its highly unlikely to cause a desynic between players.

Edit: the hard part would be locating the files you'd like to alter as the file structure is pretty fook'd.
