Customizing Hotbuild

Is it possible to add additional commands to the existing hotbuild keybinds?

For example:

If I have a T1 Engy selected and I press the "S" key it pops up a mass extractor. Can I add mass storage to this keybinding such that I press "S" the first time it goes to mass extractor, second press will cycle to mass storage?

So I want to retain the functionality of the current keybinding but just add to it.
