Common Mod Tools - Blackops incompatible

As stated above Common Mod Tools V1 wont work with Blackops and result in black screen on start.
Thus Ecomanager V7 also wont work in Blackops mod. Is there any fix available or worked on another
Common Mod Tools version atm?

also... I cant find the common mod tools in the vault.... where has it gone?!
